MS Excel: Index/Match… and bye bye Vlookup

EXCEL tip: How to use the functions INDEX and MATCH, and stop using VLOOKUP.

I am moving away from VLOOKUP mainly because it is slow for large databases, and can only work if the lookup key value is at the far left column.
